This project has been initiated to determine the current and potential range of Tyta luctuosa, a USDA-APHIS approved biological control agent (BCA) of field bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis). In particular, we are interested in citizen science data from the Pacific Northwest, USA. As larvae, this noctuid moth spp. defoliates field bindweed and the potential for it's use as a weed BCA is currently being investigated. Thank you for your assistance! menos ↑
