GoodFellow/NIPSCO/NEAT BioBlitz

Join NIPSCO, the Wildlife Habitat Council, the National Park Service, and local naturalists in a BioBlitz of the NIPSCO right-of-way (ROW) near the Dunes Learning Center at the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

Attendees will participate in surveys of the plants and animals in the ROW, with the goal of identifying as many species as possible and gain a better understanding of biodiversity along the ROW. Attendees will have the opportunity to survey a variety of habitats along the ROW, including wetland, sedge meadow, prairie, and forest. menos ↑
