The goal of the Muskingum Soil and Water Conservation District is to conduct as complete a survey of the county as possible by utilizing county residents to assist in the collection of data to identify species and their range throughout the county. Muskingum County is one of the least surveyed counties in Ohio, even though it is herpetologically diverse and harbors Ohio listed species. The goal of the Muskingum County Soil and Water District is to extend our knowledge of reptile and amphibian occurrence and distribution in the county, and we need your help!
