Virtual Spring BioBlitz! OK 2017

It was a great month to watch Oklahoma go from brown and dormant to green and full of life! And who would have thought we would have 90 degree days and blizzard conditions in the state during the spring BioBlitz!?

I am super proud of our Virtual Spring BioBlitzers! Not only did we exceed 1000 species, we also increased participation by over 50%! The 55 participants in Virtual BioBlitz! 2017 all earn a prize! We have made up some special BioBlitz! stickers to show your BioBlitz! pride - good for your car window, notebook, laptop, or where ever! If you submitted observations to this project, please send me a private message (priscillaokie - click the link below) with your name and mailing address and we will pop the sticker in the mail ASAP!
