I arrived at South I Street at 3:40. It was cloudy out with an overcast and pretty windy and around 54 degrees. Our tree had new growth. There were some buds forming and there were a few spots that had tiny leaves. I headed over to Klopp Lake around 4:00. The tide was very low but I did not see any avocets. I saw some ducks and birds though.
