I identified these by their alternating black to white pattern. As well as that these fly have red eyes. They are extremely tiny and had to catch a photo of. Flesh fly are part of the kingdom Animalia because they are protosomes.

This insect I believe is a Red-marked Pachodynerus Mason Wasp . The tip of it tail is black and than it alternates between black and red across his body . It head is black and has red wings.
