Until 2023 I ran the British and Irish Non-marine Isopod (woodlouse) Recording Scheme. I have now taken over as organiser of the Centipede Recording Scheme. I also work with millipedes!

Information on all known British and Irish species can be gleened from the British Myriapod & Isopod Group website https://bmig.org.uk/ There is a page for each species of centipede, millipede, woodlouse and also intertidal marine isopods. The aim is to include a brief account for each species, including distribution map, images, and identification hints.
