I am a civil engineer in the position of Stormwater Administrator for the Village of Carol Stream. Since starting this position in late 2016, I have begun learning about native and invasive plant species that inhabit the Village's purposefully constructed and maintained naturalized shorelines and pollinator meadows. In addition, I would like to be able to more competently perform quality assurance on the post-construction best management practices that use native vegetation in order to satisfy the DuPage County Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance.
