I am an ecologist who studies invasive species (plants and fungi).

I have done fieldwork in Argentina (grasslands), Brazil (semiarid), and Australia (rainforest, sclerophyll forest).

I became fond of birds and enjoy taking pictures and trying to identify them.

I am currently a Postdoc at SANBI and the CIB at Stellenbosch University in South Africa.
