I'm a nature enthusiast, educator, and photographer from Pennsylvania. I have a special passion for the flora and fauna of northern Appalachia, particularly birds, flowers, trees, pollinators, aquatic insects, snakes, and amphibians. I am also interested in the history of land use and human impact on the environment over time. I am an educator at Powdermill Nature Reserve, research station for the Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and am a certified Pennsylvania Master Naturalist.
