My main interests are in the behavioral ecology, conservation, and husbandry of reptiles and amphibians. I studied at San Diego State University (Bachelor's) and Missouri State University (Master's); herpetology and behavioral ecology were the emphasis of my studies. Formerly a Wildlife Care Specialist at the San Diego Zoo's Herpetology and Ichthyology Department. Currently, I am an Ectotherms Supervisor at the Fort Worth Zoo.
