Robert Hoover wrote that A. junceus var. junceus has +- straight fruit. I have noticed that other A. junceus have very curved fruit and 1 wing shorter than the keel.

The plants in the project I made are unlike A. glaber in that the calyx lobes are wide, stems are angled, there is a bigger internode between flower clusters, the flower looks smaller relative to the calyx, the banner is folded forwards, the leaflets are sometimes oblanceolate, the calyx is stocky, and the wings do not point outwards.
