Alaskan Intertidal Ecology

This project is intended to gather as many species observations as possible in a short period of time. This will be carried out by you and your classmates at low tide. You have about 30 minutes once before the tide will begin to rise again and cover up all of the intertidal species that you'll be looking for. Take a clear snapshot of each species you come across and use the field guide to attempt to identify them. At the end of the period we will come together and I will make a master list of all of your observations. After that we will analyze the data together in class. menos ↑
