Fall salmon return to Coleman Hatchery; tribal concerns over Chinook population continue.

REDDING, Calif. — Thousands of fall-run salmon have returned to Battle Creek in Shasta County. The Coleman National Fish Hatchery opened the fish ladder Tuesday morning so the salmon will begin to flow into their holding ponds.
