Caterpillar season is getting into full swing and I want to share a tip for getting IDs of your caterpillar photos. There are quite a few people who can help out on Moths of Ontario, but you can significantly increase your chance of a quick ID by also adding your observation to Caterpillars of eastern North America. You will need to join the project and add observations manually to the project. Please also add the "Insect Life Stage" Observation Field so that it gets classified as 'larva'.
