I'm a biologist and biology teacher at a German high school.
My particular interest is in the understanding of plant diversity and plant communities, and the conservation of species.
Furthermore I'm interested in the insect groups Hymenoptera and Lepidoptera as well as all native Vertebrates.

iNaturalist is a fantastic tool that helps me to learn more about biodiversity on a local and global level. I enjoy taking pictures, exploring, identifying and monitoring species.
