Wish I had gotten a clearer photo but it was too far. It looked like it had a hint of brown or red on it breast but couldn't be sure. Its head was black so I thought it was a chickadee at first but it was quite large comparitively. Based on iNat AI, it looked to be either an Eastern Wood-Pewee, Eastern Phoebe, or Tufted Titmouse (though it didn't have a tuft).
Kept flying to a presumed nest under a nearby small bridge
