Literally millions… The ground sounded like popcorn as they fled our footsteps.

So there were loads of these all over the place. When we first got to our camp site earlier in the afternoon, we noticed the ground was completely loaded with these huge holes. We also found something like 3-4 species of ground-dwelling wasps, and wondered if the larger species was responsible for the holes. Then darkness happened, and this happened. I don't remember if we found this, and we found some appearing to come out of the same large holes that riddled the ground around our tent. Holes exceptionally dense around Harvester Ant nest.
Oh, and did I mention, they fluoresce? For real. That might be how we found our first one. My camera biases it blue, it was kind of greenish, but it was bright and really stunning.
Are these carnivorous? This guy looks like it's got a click beetle?
So, what is this thing? Shape almost camel cricket-like. Pretty weird though.
