Merlin tagged this as an Olive Warbler, however I disagree, but I don't have a ID for it either. Birds seen that I think could be possible include: Spotted Towhee, Bridled Titmouse, Black-throated Gray Warbler, Bushtit, Canyon Wren, Mexican Jay.

I'm well aware of Merlin's failing and know none of these species may be accurate. I'm better at birding eastern birds by ear, so looking for some assistance with the bird in the background.
I don't hear the warbler. Is this possibly the junco?
