Universal veil remnants on cap in small pyramidal warts. There appear to be brown stains on the tips of the warts.

Stipe 90 mm lg 25 mm dia at base tapering to apex
No annulus
Volval sack thin with rusty brown stains (could be from soil)
Douglas-fir and Quercus garryana within fifteen feet.
