Moves like a leech, with one end having a suction cup like mouth, as it “inch worms” forward awkwardly (best way to describe it). I have video but can not upload here. Have had a friend see in South Central Florida as well, and another recently in Georgia. All three of us grow tropical plants, so perhaps related to that. I know it is not an earthworm, or a flatworm.
