Early flying emerald. Hairy secondaries, basal half of front femur is yellow. Appendages are as described in Needham. Note the length of the epiproct. In Kennedy's epiproct is 1/2 length of cerci. Note also the dark face with yellow sides. An odd location for sure, On the windowsill of my mother's house in suburban Nepean.
