The first of these Silkmoths showed up at 2:30am. By 3:30am 11 of them had appeared. What a night!
At higher elevations – about 800 meters and higher, the euryops arabicus thrives, so when in bloom the butterflies have a lot of food from the thousands of flowers.
Found between 10,000 and 11,000ft in San Juan NF north of Dolores, CO.
