SIZE: Approximately 1 foot tall, 6 inches wide.
COLOR: Dark-purple/burgundy.
LEAVES: Appearance of net-like vascular tissue, presenting with 3 main lines coming from the middle, with smaller veins branching out towards the outer edges of the leaf. The outer edge of the leaves consisted of many little rounded semicircles going all around each leaf.
HABITAT: Forest-type, consisting of grass, ferns, and a large number of trees. There were no visible insects around it, however, I was able to identify an audible “chirping” noise coming from the plant’s surroundings (possibly a Cricket).
I believe this could be a Roselle plant (Hibiscus Sabdariffa). Plantae kingdom, Malvaceae family.
Exact time and location coordinates shown.

I found this lichen attached to a tree at lettuce lake. It caught my eye because I have not seen a lot of pink lichens and they are usually green or brown in color. They appeared to be set in pink rings on the tree.
A moss specimen roughly 12 inches in length. A light green coloration with a sporophyte growing on top. Growing on the side of a dead tree, mosses can be found in moisture and shady habitats.
