I’m thinking this might be the result of someone seeding the area. Never seen this in the canyon. All individs are right off the trail
I haven't seen Hollyleaf Cherries flowering before this point, so that was cool.
This Bushmallow is growing at the edge of the Santiago Creek. It has been here for over a year since I first noticed it. It just began to flower.
It's affected by rust:
This plant is growing in the Santiago Creek bed. There's a dock growing from beneath it (picture 2).
