Browsing blooms of Mojave Yucca (schidigera). We trailed the deer to this yucca. The last two photos show flower petals scattered on the ground where they dropped as the animal pulled off mouthful. The ground underneath the Yucca was a a mish mash of deer tracks.
I am told by knowledgable trackers that the trail running up the center of the photo is that of a rattlesnake moving away from the camera, based on the trail width and the steepness of the peaks that overlap in the center of the trail. I wish I had taken more photos!
