Creamy Pluteus with strong blue coloration growing on fallen tea tree trunk. 2 fruit bodies, 5 cm in diameter and 2.4 cm in diameter. The juvenile cap strongly coloured with blue fibres and the mature cap creamy-pink with blue-cream in the centre with blue fibres lightly covering the cap. The stipe was white and lightly fibrous becoming more strongly blue-tinged when mature. The gills were white-cream with a blue margin when juvenile becoming pink with a concolorous margin. Habitat regenerating bush with tea tree dominating the canopy.
Small mushrooms growing on a mound of fine root material (possibly well decayed epiphyte) in broadleaf-podocarp forest. Caps to 11 mm across.
