Came to outside light on a wet windy, cold night. Looks like the same species I found at Awhitu in July 2023. What a coincidence if correct.
Forewing length 5mm. Up curved palps. Distinct black pattern at apex of forewing.

Flying fast and actively on a sunny morning, visiting flowers. In this case, mint.
An absolutely wild night with a UV light, I've never seen so many moths show up before. It may have even been too many moths. This was the find of the night, at least until I've had a good look at what else showed up!
