An avid naturalist with varied eclectic interests including conifers, mosses, caudiciforms, bonsai, reptiles, rocks, and insects. I maintain a garden at my condo and have planted more than 80 conifers in the yard.

I currently am a data analyst by trade and augment my life by teaching environmental biology and physical geography at Roosevelt University in Chicago. I generate interest and enthusiasm in others with my world view and experiences.

I also love to read, bicycle, and travel around the world.
