Young birder and photographer from Wilmette, Illinois (north suburbs of Chicago). Lakewatching/seawatching fanatic, always trying to learn more. In 2022 I completed a Cook County, Illinois big year, totaling 279 species for the county. In July 2023 I attended the American Birding Association’s Camp Colorado and met some amazing people and gained 42 lifers. My main “area of expertise” is north american birds. I’m currently shooting with a Canon R7 and an EF 100-400mm f4.5-5.6 II. If I make an incorrect ID please correct me. I’m more active on Ebird and instagram than I am on here.
