One adaptation that all observed species in the group project have in common:
All observed species have green leaves (a lot of chlorophyll) allowing them to absorb sunlight energy which is very intense in both Tehran and Dubai. They all require moderate to small amount of water which is beneficial for the lack of rain in these two cities.
One unique adaptation for one of your observations:
Weeping willow trees are able to grow roots from their fallen branches. This increases the number of weeping willows in the area. Also, their tough roots absorb a lot of water allowing the newly rooted branched to have a higher chance of survival.
