I have been studying this plant species since I stumbled upon a specimen years ago and have always had an interest in knowing the species, imagining that it belonged to the Diospyros genus. At the end I found the clue that led me to his classification. It is a species with very small fruit but usually very abundant and the flower more elongated than in the other species. I have been reviewing the observations that have been introduced by observers and I have verified the immense amount of errors that are in the observations, I have even seen erroneous observations that have been confirmed by other observers which makes me think that the system should do another different control to make the site a reliable place of reference.

Of course, a person who consults an erroneous observation and who considers it valid will redistribute the new information also erroneously, so I leave administrators something that should be solved, to give reliability to the queries that users make to íNaturalist.

He estado estudiando esta especie vegetal dado que me tropecé con un ejemplar hace años y siempre he tenido interés en saber la especie, imaginándome que pertenecía al género Diospyros. Al final encontré la pista que me llevó a su clasificación. Es una especie con el fruto muy pequeño pero normálmente muy abundante y la flor mas alargada que en las otras especies. He estado revisando las observaciones que se han introducido por observadores y he comprobado la inmensa cantidad de errores que hay en las observaciones, incluso he visto observaciones erróneas que han sido confirmadas por otros observadores lo queme hace pensar que el sistema debería hacer otro control diferente para que el sitio sea un lugar de consulta fiable.

Desde luego una persona que consulte una observación errónea y la de por válida va a redistribuir la nueva información también erróneamente, así pues, les dejo a los administradores algo que se debería solucionar, para dar fiabilidad a las consultas que los usuarios hagan a íNaturalist.
