I'm a writer and artist living in Washington State. I love observing nature and taking photographs while I'm out and about. My hope is to track what I've seen and become better at IDing - especially when it comes to mushrooms and wild edibles. I hike quite a bit around the PNW throughout the year. Someday, I'll post more finds during my Southwest and MN adventures times.

When I'm not frolicking in the woods and water, I'm at home working on stories, or a dozen other things on the to-do list. Right now I'm fighting the urge to stare out my window at the birds and squirrels . . .
